Introduction

Welcome to Afrobeats to the World, an event organized by Afrobeats to the World Inc.. By purchasing a ticket and attending our event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds issued unless the event is cancelled by the organizers. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be refunded the full ticket price.

Event Photography and Videography

When you enter an Afrobeats to the World event or program, you enter an area where photography and video recording may occur. Afrobeats to the World Inc. reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any Afrobeats to the World event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Afrobeats to the World Inc. may use the photograph/video in publications, promotional or other media material produced, used, or contracted by Afrobeats to the World Inc., including but not limited to: advertising, books, brochures, invitations, flyers, magazines, newspapers, promotional purposes, social media, telecasts, webcasts, websites, or any other purpose by Afrobeats to the World Inc. and its affiliates and representatives. You release Afrobeats to the World Inc., its officers, and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

In addition, by entering the event premises, you waive all rights or claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Afrobeats to the World Inc. or any person or entity designated to do so by Afrobeats to the World Inc..

Any person or organization not affiliated with Afrobeats to the World Inc. may not use, copy, alter, or modify Afrobeats to the World Inc. photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Afrobeats to the World Inc..

Conduct at Events

All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Any form of harassment, violence, or illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
